Give students practical tools to face modern pressures with clarity and confidence. The curriculum can be facilitated by Triumph clinicians or delivered by your staff after training.
Give your students a calm, repeatable path to emotional mastery. Our 12-lesson curriculum pairs a daily ~12-minute, audio-guided routine with visual anchors and consistent language, so skills stick across classes and reduce anxiety and reactivity. Deliver it your way: led by Triumph clinicians, through a Train-the-Trainer model, or inside your district’s LMS.
A complete implementation package that makes rollout straightforward and sustainable.
The centerpiece of Triumph: structured audio sessions combine cognitive‑behavioral messages, positive psychology, and music to deepen silence, visualization, and “I AM” affirmations.
Concise, easy‑to‑deliver lessons that build personal responsibility and practical self‑management.
Posters and classroom visuals that make the eight steps clear and memorable for all ages.
A quick refresher on the eight steps to keep concepts top‑of‑mind after PD.
Simple tools (e.g., a gratitude box) that prime positive neurochemistry and foster optimistic thinking.
A step‑by‑step manual to plan, launch, and monitor fidelity of implementation.
A guided resource that helps older students apply the eight steps and design purposeful goals; available in digital and print.
Everything you need, ready on day one. The package includes the core audio program, 12 concise lessons, a visual toolkit, a 30-minute educator refresher, simple gratitude tools, and an administrative guide, plus a student booklet for High School/University. Roll out quickly, reinforce consistently, and sustain fidelity without adding staff burden.
Schools prepare students not only for academic success but for life. By embedding emotional literacy, Triumph Steps® helps schools achieve outcomes that directly address the growing mental health crisis:
Students strengthen attention, regulate emotions, and engage more fully in learning.
Young people learn to face setbacks with courage and develop confidence to move forward.
Emotional literacy reduces conflict, fosters empathy, and creates calmer, more connected classrooms.
Educators gain tools to manage stress, prevent burnout, and model balance and emotional health.
By teaching emotional literacy early, schools give students the skills to navigate life’s pressures, decreasing the progression of the mental health crisis that affects one in three Americans.
Triumph Steps® embeds emotional literacy into schools to proactively address the mental health crisis. The program improves student focus and resilience, fostering a positive school climate while also providing educators with tools for their own well-being. This comprehensive approach equips young people with essential skills to navigate life’s challenges, helping to prevent the escalation of mental health issues.
In a world filled with confusion and uncertainty, faith-based schools offer students a powerful opportunity to ground themselves in Truth. Triumph Steps was originally developed with this mission in mind, supporting emotional literacy while nurturing a strong connection to God and reinforcing core values.
Our faith-based programs align with your spiritual mission, cultivating not only academic growth but also character, purpose, and spiritual well-being. Students learn to manage emotions, discover their talents, live with intention, and develop resilience rooted in faith.

Triumph Steps is a research-based framework created by licensed psychotherapist Beatriz Martínez-Peñalver (30+ years’ experience) that builds emotional literacy across middle and high school communities, students, educators, and families, aligned with Florida’s Resiliency Education standards.
Students follow a brief, ~12-minute audio-guided routine that blends cognitive-behavioral messages with calming music to promote focus (alpha-wave states). Twelve concise lessons reinforce gratitude, empathy, responsibility, and goal-driven habits, supported by classroom posters and prompts.
We offer keynotes, workshops, retreats, and train-the-trainer tracks (live on campus or online) that help teachers model self-regulation, apply the eight-step framework (silence, visualization, “I AM” affirmations), reduce stress and burnout, and integrate evidence-based habits into daily routines, plus follow-up micro-learning.
Parent engagement seminars give caregivers practical strategies to mirror school practices at home, reinforcing emotional literacy, mindfulness, affirmations, and visualization, so students experience a consistent, skills-based language across school and home.
Schools receive the audio program, 12-lesson set, visual toolkit, a ~30-minute educator refresher video, gratitude tools, an administrative guide, and an HS/University student booklet (digital/print). Delivery can be clinician-led or train-the-trainer, accessed via Triumph’s platform or your LMS. We’re based in Miami-Dade and serve Broward, Palm Beach, Monroe, and surrounding regions, with virtual options available.
