I had the privilege of spending time with nearly 50 educators at Good Shepherd School for a special presentation inspired by their theme, “Peace Begins With Me.”
Through teaching and coaching, we explored how caring for our minds, managing our thoughts, and choosing where we place our focus can create greater peace—not only within ourselves, but in our classrooms and relationships.
