Becoming a Triumph Steps Transformative Certified Coach on June 1, 2026, opened doors I did not expect. Although I am a psychologist and educational specialist with 34 years of experience, the program gave me a powerful new framework and practical tools for strengthening thinking, developing emotional mastery, and creating meaningful change.
I was fortunate to be contracted by Triumph Steps to spend the summer coaching children, and I now work with the adults who guide and support them, helping them become stronger, more intentional leaders.
Through these opportunities, I have already recouped my investment in the certification, which has been an added blessing. While Triumph Steps does not promise employment or paid opportunities upon certification, this has been my personal experience, and I am deeply grateful for every opportunity I have received.
