A teacher who demonstrates irritability and anger outbursts in front of their class will negatively impact their students. Helping them become more emotionally intelligent and able to have dominion over their emotions will positively impact all your students.

They gave us multiple curricula in the school system for math, science, language arts, and social studies; however, we never received a curriculum for emotional literacy.

In this workshop, you will understand

-That happiness is a skill that can be learned.

-The effortless techniques that strive to overcome depression, and anxiety, decrease suicides, homicides, and much more.

-The self-regulation skills and strategies to create the life you desire and positively impact the children you serve.

-Crucial information about the emerging science of possibility. When understanding visualization, silence, and the thought-body connection, you can see what is truly possible.

-The three critical components of effective affirmations to nurture courage and eliminate fears and self-doubt.

-How neuroplasticity is essential to self-transformation.

-The power in perceiving yourself as a creative, goal-driven, enthusiastic individual equipped with confidence and limitless potential, and a capacity to navigate life’s hurdles optimistically!

-The emotional literacy techniques that will transform your personal life and benefit your classroom.
