Continuing Education Courses for Teachers

Triumph Continuing Education Courses for Teachers

Beatriz Martinez-Penalver is a passionate speaker and advocate of emotional literacy.

Embark on a transformative journey with our emotional literacy professional development programs tailored exclusively for educators. Teaching is not merely a skill set; it is a profoundly human endeavor that thrives on self-awareness, connection, and empathy.

Happy teachers, Happy students, Happy school.

As architects of the future, teachers play an instrumental role in shaping the minds and hearts of the next generation. It is Triumph Steps’ conviction that by nurturing our educators’ resiliency, mindset, and overall well-being, we lay a foundation upon which all other pedagogical skills can flourish.

Only when teachers are equipped with the tools to understand, navigate, and enhance their emotional landscapes can they, in turn, inspire and guide students toward their full
academic potential, nurturing not only their intellectual growth but also fostering resilience and cultivating triumphant minds in the face of challenges.

In her engaging keynote addresses and transformative workshops, Beatriz not only delivers practical solutions but also unveils an eight-step therapeutic framework that harnesses the profound influence of emotional intelligence and the life-changing effects it can have on children and adults.

Triumph offers live school-wide workshops, fostering emotional literacy among administrators, support staff, and teachers. Additionally, our online program stands as a valuable resource, either as a supportive supplement to post-live training or as standalone individualized training sessions.
